This is an excellent doco which tells the story of Dr Gabriel Mate who runs a addiction counselling facilty in Vancouver, Canada.

Frustrated with failed addiction treatment models he journeys to the Amazon to research Ayahuasca and its healing potential.
After his own experience and further study he sets up a 6 month research project with his addict clients in Vancouver.
